1. Warranty Period: Leveling Up Your Protection

  • All listed products have a 3-month replacement warranty unless stated otherwise.

2. Faulty Product Return: Easy and Hassle-Free

  • If your product becomes faulty within the first 3 months, email us with your receipt/order number and a detailed issue description.
  • Send the suspected faulty product back within 3 days of our advice.
  • We'll examine it, and if found faulty, replace it with a brand new one using the original shipping method.

3. Warranty Conditions: Keeping It Intact

  • Warranty Conditions:
    To qualify for a warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, with the seal intact and no signs of tampering or soldering.
  • Lenses, requiring delicate installation and calibration, are excluded from our warranty.

4. Re-Repair and Warranty: Transparent Communication

  • We inform you if re-repair is covered under warranty, considering potential issues with other components.
  • Warranty does not cover parts not tested or repaired by us initially.

5. Defective Item During Warranty: Your Protection Period

  • All items have a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • We replace defective items within the warranty period if it's a manufacturing defect.
  • Postage costs are the user's responsibility, and we cover the return postage.
