All Sales Final: Power-Up Your Decisions

  • All sales are final unless a mistake occurs on our part.
  • No refunds for opened or used items.
  • No refunds or exchanges for devices damaged during installation.

Defective Items & Returns: Your In-Game Guarantee

  • Defective items may be exchanged or repaired if reported within 3 months of purchase.
  • We cover shipping back to you for defective items, but initial shipping is your responsibility.
  • If the product is unavailable, we'll send an equivalent or higher-quality replacement.

Installation Damage: Playing Responsibly

  • Return policy is void for items damaged during installation.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and testing fees.
  • Full analysis and return fees apply as per the repair service.

Compatibility Assurance: Your Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure product compatibility; no returns for compatibility issues.
  • You are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs in case of incorrect data or refused packages.

Sticker Policy: Seal of Protection

  • All products have a printed sticker; keep it on the box/cover for replacements.
  • Warranties are null and void if the sticker on the box/cover or product is removed or tampered with.

    Warranty Claims: Our Commitment to Quality

    • All listed products have a 3-month replacement warranty unless specified otherwise.
    • Defective items within the first 3 months are eligible for replacement; return process outlined in the policy.
    • Warranty void if the product is opened, soldered, modified, etc., by the end user.
    • Lenses not covered under warranty due to installation and calibration risks.

    Non-Warranty & Return Policy: Addressing Special Cases

    • Charges apply for misuse, abuse, accidents, wear and tear, or lapsed warranties.
    • Minimum appraisal/analysis charge incurred if a warranty claim is rejected.
    • Return policy in effect; 14-day return period for international sales and within Australia.

    • Altered/tampered seals void the warranty.
