1. Product Shipping

  • All product prices include GST and FREE SHIPPING across Australia. The price you see is the final price—there are no additional charges or surprises during checkout.
  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post, ensuring your parcel is trackable throughout the delivery process. You can track your package through Australia Post’s online tracking system, call us for updates, or contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

2. Door-To-Door Services

  • We offer a completely hassle-free Door-To-Door service across Australia for repairs and maintenance.
    Here’s how it works:
  1. Book a Service: Simply add the service to your cart, make the purchase, and you’re set.
  2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and one of our representatives will contact you to arrange the pickup and delivery of your items at a time that suits you.
  3. Pickup: Our representative will ensure a convenient time for pickup based on your schedule. Providing a valid contact number is crucial for arranging this.
  4. Diagnostics & Repair: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the issues and possible solutions.
  5. Repair Time: Upon approval, we’ll carry out the repairs, typically completing them within 24–48 hours.
  6. Return: Once repaired, we’ll deliver your item back to you—easy, fast, and stress-free.

Typographical Errors:
While we strive for accuracy, we are not obligated to honour any typographical errors that may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors as needed.

Policy Changes:

Shipping Address Verification:
To safeguard against fraud, we will only ship to the confirmed or validated address that matches the billing information provided. If shipping to a third-party address is requested, this may delay the shipment until we receive verification from the billing customer.

Shipping Timeframes:
Quoted delivery times do not include weekends, public holidays, bank holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Missing Parcels:
If your parcel doesn’t arrive, please contact us immediately. For registered post, please be patient as tracing, refunding, or replacing the parcel may take time. The process for international shipments is the same.

Courier Shipments:
Courier parcels can be tracked from dispatch through to delivery, ensuring full visibility until you sign for the item.
