Please be aware that the Sony PSP is a retro console, nearly two decades old. While we have many repair parts in stock, its age may necessitate additional components and repair time.
We kindly ask for your patience, allowing us 7 to 14 business days to thoroughly test, analyze, and provide you with a firm repair quote for older gaming consoles.
Thorough Inspection and Diagnosis
We will thoroughly examine your PSP Console to confirm the issue. Once identified, one of our friendly representatives will contact you with all the available solutions, including the required timeframes and a confirmed price.
Repair Authorisation
If you choose to proceed with the repair, we will promptly start the repair process to get your PSP up and running. We perform a full functionality test before shipping it back to you to ensure everything is working perfectly.
No Obligation Return
If for any reason you would like not to proceed with the repair, or in cases where repair is not possible, we can discuss alternative options or we can also return your original device to you at no additional cost.
